We took the name from Ivan Pavlov as a reminder, not a gimmick. Dogs change through association, reinforcement, and consistency. Dominance slogans do not rewrite a nervous system. Daniel Whiteman started Pavlov's Pooch in 2020, during the pandemic, after watching rescue adoptions climb and then come back. The dogs did not need to be returned. The people needed a way to communicate with them, and nobody was showing them how. It began as a way to kill time and help a few households. It is the work now.
